Information We Collect

Our hosting infrastructure may temporarily process standard security logs such as IP address, browser type, and requested page. CropCircuit does not create its own per-click marketing log and does not require account creation to read content or use free tools.


Customer Materials

When you purchase the Small Farm Systems Audit, you submit information such as property maps, photos, descriptions of animals or crops, facilities, workflow, budget, and constraints. This information is used only to prepare your audit.

  • We do not sell, trade, or share customer materials with third parties.
  • We do not use customer maps, photos, or property details for marketing or public case studies without your explicit written permission.
  • Customer materials are retained only as long as needed to deliver the audit and maintain records for tax/accounting purposes.
  • You may request deletion of your submitted materials at any time by emailing [email protected].

Payment Processing

Payments for the Small Farm Systems Audit are processed by Gumroad. CropCircuit treats Gumroad webhook notices as unverified intake signals until payment is confirmed separately.

  • Our local webhook record contains only the receipt time, product permalink, price, currency, and a keyed HMAC-SHA-256 pseudonym derived from the purchaser email.
  • We do not retain the raw email, Gumroad sale ID, license key, name, address, phone number, country, referrer, custom fields, or full webhook payload in that local record.
  • Local webhook records are automatically deleted after no more than 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by emailing [email protected].
  • Gumroad keeps its own payment and transaction records under its separate privacy policy and legal obligations.

Facebook Page Integration (cropCircuit App)

The cropCircuit app is an internal, read-only monitoring tool for the CropCircuit Facebook Page. It reads the Page's own posts, engagement counts, and comment content so the page administrator can see activity and respond promptly.

  • The integration is read-only. It never posts, comments, reacts, sends messages, or modifies Page content.
  • Facebook-derived content is processed transiently; the only records kept locally are engagement counts and content identifiers in operational logs.
  • Facebook data is not used for advertising, profiling, or resale, and is not shared with third parties.
