The cropCircuit Facebook App

The cropCircuit app connects to the CropCircuit Facebook Page. It is read-only: it reads posts, engagement counts, and comment content from the CropCircuit Page so the page administrator can respond promptly. It never posts, comments, reacts, messages, or modifies anything on Facebook.

• Facebook-derived content is processed transiently to produce the monitoring view and internal activity alerts.
• The only Facebook-derived records kept locally are engagement counts and content identifiers in operational logs (for example, an observation log entry recording that a Page item received a comment).
• We do not build profiles of Facebook users, do not use Facebook data for advertising, and do not share Facebook-derived data with third parties.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of any data connected to the cropCircuit app or this website, email [email protected] with the subject line "DATA DELETION REQUEST".

• Please include the Facebook profile URL or Page URL involved, so we can find the right records. You do not need to share your password or any login code.
• We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
• Deletion removes Facebook-derived log entries and any stored identifiers associated with your request.
• Payment and tax records that we are legally required to keep are not covered by this process; they are retained only as long as the law requires.
